Diabetic man has a 1996 van in good condition but needs an electric ramp for his wheelchair. He has been using a manual ramp but is getting weaker and can no longer use it.  On a small disability check it is impossible to afford even a used one.  Would appreciate any help with even a used one and installation. A manual ramp that attaches to the van would also be helpful.
